in 2000 I was inspired by a traditional Mexican recipe, which when taken with a good dose of courage and some fantastic organic chocolate produced one of our five original bars. Although we have played with our chilli grinding method to improve ---the surprise---, this bar remains one of our most popular and most talked about!
